A BODY has been found in a hedge in Leominster.

Pete Butcher, police press officer, said that it was found by the side of the A49 between the train station and the by-pass just after 2.50pm this afternoon.

Police are treating the death as unexplained at present and are attempting to establish the cause of death.

It is believed that it had been there a while.
