A POLICE helicopter was used to trace a motorbike across the county after it failed to stop for a marked car in Hereford.
A Suzuki GSX 1100cc allegedly drove off after ignoring the car in Nelson Street, St James, shortly before 7.25pm last Friday.
The police car followed it around the city and the outskirts, until they lost sight of it in the Redhill area.
A helicopter was summoned and found the motorbike in Whitecross around 20 minutes later.
It followed it along the A438 towards Brecon, before it was stopped just before the Swan Inn at Letton at 7.55pm.
A 19-year-old man from Hereford was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. He is currently on police bail.
Anyone who saw the motorbike can call PC Tim Hargraves or PC Mark Exley of the Roads Policing Team at Hereford Police Station on 0300 333 3000.
