DETECTIVES have renewed their appeal for information about a fire that started in a block of flats in Hereford .
It is believed a burgundy coloured V-reg Ford Ka was parked at or near The Newlands flats in Old School Lane just before midnight on Tuesday at the time of the alleged offence.
A 23-year-old woman was arrested and appeared before Hereford Magistrates yesterday.
The court granted police a further 36 hours to question her and to continue with their enquiries.
