A MAN in a white van drove at speed towards another man before stopping and shouting threats and obscenities at him.
The incident happened at around 3.25pm last Friday (October 24) in Croft Street, Leominster, near the junction with Churchill Avenue.
Police believe there were a number of adults and children in the street at the time and are asking witnesses to call PC Adele Loney at Leominster Police Station on 08457 444888.
