Pirates invade Hereford shopping centre

PIRATES invaded a Hereford shopping centre last week to launch a website for the disabled.

The Maylords became a shopping arr-cade last Friday when Follow Your Dreams brought its roadshow to town.

The charity helps children with learning disabilities and provides a themed roadshow.

Their latest venture is specialfriendsonline.com, a networking site for people with learning disabilities and their parents and carers.

Pupils from Blackmarston Special Needs School joined Captain Jack for the day and entered a quiz, treasure hunt and other activities.

Mayor of Hereford Keith Wargen and Special Olympics gold medallist Victoria Loftus were also smuggled in for the morning.
