A LEOMINSTER man has been remanded in custody after admitting charges of sexual activity with a teenage girl.
At Hereford Magistrates Court last Friday, Timothy Miller, aged 49, of Buckfield Road, Leominster, admitted three charges in connection with his relationship with a 16-year-old girl.
Miller was refused bail and will be sentenced at Worcester Crown Court later this month.
Liam Finch, prosecuting, said that, in police interviews, Miller was quite frank about what had happened between them.
In a video interview the teenager told investigators that the relationship was sexual, said Mr Finch.
Philip Cornell, defending, said that father-of-three Miller already accepted he was going to prison and realised that his career and future were at an end.
