HAY-ON-WYE youngsters have been looking to the future now exams are over.
Will Sawday is among those attending open days and career to decide what his next move will be.
The 16 year-old plans to continue a family farming tradition, putting concerns about the industry’s future firmly to one side.
He said: “There will always be a food industry. You’ve got to do whatever it is you want to do. As long as you put your mind to it, you can always make money if you want to.”
The teenager spoke following a visit to Harper Adams University College in Shropshire where he got the lowdown on courses and facilities.
