Accident blocks city road

TWO cars have been involved in an accident in Hereford this morning.

Emergency services were called to a stretch of the A438 Kings Acre Road near the Bay Horse Motors garage at around 11.25am.

West Midlands Ambulance Service press officer, Claire Thomas, said two patients had been taken to Hereford County Hospital with minor injuries.

The road is currently partially blocked both ways because of recovery work.
