Circus helps charity

4:34pm Friday 9th May 2008

A CIRCUS visiting Hereford will raise money for a local charity.

Circus Starr will perform at Hereford Racecourse on May 29 and St Michael's Hospice will benefit from its visit.

The all-human circus helps to raise funds for charities from advance sales of tickets to local businesses.

Show times are at 4.45pm and 7pm and the circus features a crazy car, a frantic plate spinning routine and high-adrenaline acrobatics.

The circus has been coming to Hereford for the last six years and raised over £10,000.
