It's been a little while since my last update, but since then I've had my last kickstart appointment and I'm really pleased to say that it really has worked!!!
I had my measurements taken and I was really suprised to see that my measurements have changed quite significantly and my weight has gone down! It just goes to show that with a small amount of effort and some good guidance you really can make a difference to yourself.
The last week or so hasn't been so good as I've had a weeks holiday (it was in Center Parcs, so was still fairly active) and copious amounts of Easter eggs which has been a bit of a set back. However, I at least know that just by getting back into the good routine I've been in recently, I will be back on track and feeling much better about myself again.
Look out for my video diary which will show my final measurements being taken. As you'll see I've still got quite a bit of work to do to reach my ultimate goals, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.
