Hi One and All..

Just to let you all know that I have recieved and forwarded back the necessary agreement forms from Guinness as far as the World Record Attempt is concerned.

Hopefully I will get to do this now on the Paul 'O' Grady show and am now waiting for a response within the next couple of weeks.

Training has been going great and am staying illness and injury free!!!

Whatever the outcome i'll give it my best shot..

Any further updates in the meantime I will let you all know.
