THE Hereford Times has launched a major road safety campaign and we want you, our readers, to become involved.

In the course of the campaign we will encourage better driving and look at how we can all become safer on our roads.

Our campaign is backed by Dr Malcolm Russell of Mercia Accident Rescue Service (MARS).

"The primary function of MARS is to deal with victims of road traffic collisions.

Prevention is better than cure therefore any measures that can help to reduce injury on the roads will gain our 100% support," he said.
