TWO hundred bales caught fire in a village outside Hereford yesterday. 

Four fire crews and a water carrier attended the fire at 10.31am involving a tractor, baler and 200 bales of straw. 

Two crews from Hereford, a water carrier from Ledbury, a fire engine from Ross-on-Wye and one from Fownhope attended.

Crews extinguished the fire using four hosereels.
