A MAN who died after falling from a bridge on the Great Western Way earlier this month has been named.
David George Rowberry, 62, from Hereford, died on January 12, following the incident shortly before 6.19am.
At the time a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival crews found a man lying on the ground and in cardiac arrest.
“Police officers had commenced CPR which ambulance staff took over as well as administering advanced life support.
“However, it sadly became apparent that nothing could be done to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
Detective Sergeant Andy Duckworth of West Mercia Police added: "The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time and police are not looking for anybody else in connection with the incident."
The inquest into his death was opened and adjourned last week for enquiries to take place.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident number 64s of 12 January.
