Flood alerts have been issued for Herefordshire ahead of the heavy rain forecast for tonight.
They are in place for the rivers Arrow, Frome and Wye.
The Environment Agency issues alerts when it believes people should be aware, think ahead and keep an eye on the weather situation.
The ground in some areas of the county is saturated so rivers and streams are expected to rise quickly.
The Met Office is warning of heavy rain pushing in from the south west, turning wintry over the hills of South Wales.
Incoming! And it’s going to be around for a while.

Heavy rain moving in from SW this afternoon. Will lead to some horrible travelling conditions and surface water flooding. Rivers expected to respond overnight.
