THE Rotherwas Ribbon will be preserved until the results of the English Heritage investigation are known, councillors decided today.
The decision means that no irreversible action can be taken that would risk preserving the site until more is known about the monument.
Councillors also said today (Friday) that the cost of delaying road building at Rotherwas should be calculated and there should be a guarantee of further discussions should concerns be raised when the issue is scrutinised.
