Flash floods have made conditions difficult for motorists in the Stoke Lacy area.
The A465 is currently passable with care but police are reminding motorists to take extra care when driving through areas effected by flooding.
There are also problems around Moreton-on-Lugg with the C1120 closed.
The B4224 from Mordiford to Hampton Bishop and C1122 Wellington to Marden remain closed.
Herefordshire Council early urged motorist to move vehicles from the Merton Meadow carpark which has started to flood again.
