KINGTON Town Reserves still lead the way in HFA County League Premier Division after beating Leominster Town 3-1.

Jack Price led the way with a hat-trick as the Yellows stay one point ahead of Wellington Rangers.

The latter also enjoyed a 3-1 away win after overcoming Hinton.

Nick Britton, Ryan Daw and Tom Bendall were all on target for Wellington, with Rod Haslam replying for Hinton.

Third-placed Ledbury Town hammered strugglers Pegasus Reserves 11-2, while Ewyas Harold, who are fourth, saw off Orleton Colts 5-3.

Mark Harrison (2), Robert Chandler, Jake Cleves and Marr James scored for Ewyas Harold.

Elsewhere, Fownhope beat bottom club Hereford Lads Club Reserves 4-1, while Tenbury United and Malvern Town Under-21s shared a thrilling 5-5 draw.

This weekend, Kington Town Reserves face a tricky test at Ledbury Town, while Wellington Rangers go to Holme Lacy.

Due to cup matches taking place, there were only three matches last weekend in Division One.

Holme Lacy Reserves closed the gap on the top two teams by beating Wellington Colts 5-3, while Hereford City overcame Ewyas Harold Reserves 3-2 and Orleton Colts Reserves drew 2-2 with Hinton Reserves.

In Division Two, Belmont Wanderers dropped points for only the second time this season after being held to a 2-2 draw by newcomers Newent Town Reserves, while Dore Valley are up to second after beating Civil Service 3-1.

Kington Colts and Credenhill drew 1-1.

Meanwhile in the HFA Junior Cup, goals from Simon Bradley and Marian Jusko saw Woofferton beat rivals Ludlow Town Colts 2-1.

Division One leaders Kingstone Rovers were too strong for Shobdon, with two goals from Stuart Mills helping them to a 3-0 win, while Bartestree Reserves saw off fellow Division Two side Ross Juniors 5-2.

Paul Monteath led the way for Bartestree with a hat-trick, with player-manager Nathan Scott and Liam Edwards also on target.
