MALVERN Joggers competed in half-marathons in England, Scotland and Wales.

In Cardiff half-marathon Emma White was pleased with her time of two hours 23 minutes 46 seconds which was eight minutes faster than last year.

It was White's second run at the distance in two weeks.

Jason Protheroe clocked 1.48.33, Rhian Protheroe 1.56.45, Jill Eberle 2.12.52, Jade Ireson 2.25.31 and Steve Massey 2.31.38.

In the Cheltenham half-marathon Lucy Bennett-Poole did 1.38.34, Anthony Bennett-Poole 1.40.58, Keith Ruff 1.49.28, Andrew Brown 1.56.41 and Natalie Bennett 1.38.36

In Glasgow it was the Great Scottish half-marathon as Kareen Mann finished in 1.50.34, Lynda Broadway 2.05.56 and Mike Anstey 2.07.54.

Four Joggers took part in the Leafy 10k race organised by Bournville Harriers in a Champions League event.

They were led home by Ben Toon in 42.10 followed by Steve Roode (48.36), Julie Caseley (53.03 for first woman over 55) and Vivien Tolley (1.00.34).

A number of Joggers fancied a mud bath with Cassandra Zorro and Danielle Forrest doing the 5k for Malvern Special Families charity and a group competed in the 10k event at Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire.
