MEMBERS of the county's No Prejudice team raised awareness of the campaign at an event in Hereford city centre.

The group gathered in High Town on Saturday where they gave out wristbands, badges, t-shirts and offered advice for those who have been affected by prejudice or those who may like to volunteer for the campaign.

They were joined throughout the day by various groups including Deaf Direct, the Autism Society and West Mercia Police while ex British boxer – Richie Woodhall – visited Hinton Boxing Club to see for himself the work Vince McNally has done for local children.

The Left Bank also held the Under one sky event, which raised money and awareness for the refugee crisis.

The Herefordshire Council run No Prejudice campaign aims to make it clear that prejudice, in whatever form it manifests itself, should not be tolerated by anyone.
