THE sedentary nature of office work is hardly the best preparation for taking on one of the world's biggest adventure races.
But colleagues from allpay, near Hereford, are able to do more than just stretch their legs by keeping fit in their own in-house gym.
The "allpay eight" have been making use of their company's state of the art sports facilities at Whitestone every evening ahead of Sunday's test in Cardiff.
The Welsh capital is hosting the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest challenge which sees the city turned into a giant assault course.
And staff from allpay, a bill payment specialist and one of Herefordshire's biggest employers, will be building up a sweat for a good cause.
All funds gathered from their sponsors will go towards the charity, Epilepsy Action.
