A SOCIAL housing provider which owns 2,380 homes across the county has moved its regional offices to Hereford
Stonewater which had previously been based in Leominster opened its new office at Broadway House in Broad Street recently.
Deputy Mayor of Hereford, councillor Sue Boulter unveiled a commemorative plaque at the office which will be the home for 31 staff who support the organisation’s 4,600 homes across Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Shropshire.
“We’re delighted to be in Hereford in this fantastic new office accommodation that will not only provide a comfortable, more efficient and high-quality working environment for our hard-working regional team, but also create significant overhead and efficiency savings which we can reinvest into creating more affordable housing and looking after our customers,” said Stonewater Chairman George Blunden.
“I’d like to thank our staff for making this move as seamless as possible and I wish them every success as we work towards achieving our vision for everyone to have the opportunity to have a place they can call home.”
