Planning permission sought for four log cabins
PLANNING permission is being sought to build four log cabins at Phocle Lake in Phocle Green, near Ross-on-Wye.
The site has previously received planning permission for the four cabins.
The property has changed hands twice since the 2006 permission, and now the current owner wishes to implement the principles of the permission; but requires a number of changes given its age, the interventions of previous land owners, and revised aspirations.
Amendments include; the style and size of the cabins proposed; their position within the site; and internal access arrangements.
