THE good, the bad and the ‘ugly’ were all in evidence as Ledbury was transported to the Wild West.
Cowboys, cowgirls and Indians took to the streets in August 1997 to mark Carnival Day.
The Wild West theme offered ample opportunity for dressing up and participants were only too willing to do so.

The theme for this year’s Ledbury Carnival is A Novel Idea.
It takes place every August Bank Holiday.
