PEOPLE in Herefordshire are being urged to have their say on local development patterns.

Bruton Knowles’ town planner Paul Barton said: “Herefordshire Council is preparing its Rural Areas Site Allocation Development Plan Document which will outline housing and other development.

“This gives members of the public and businesses the opportunity to have their say on the plans before they are set in stone.”

The consultation period runs until Friday, July 28.

The council will use the responses received during this period, along with further evidence gathered, to help formulate the next stage of the preparation of the plan.

Members of the public can visit the consultation exhibition at the Hope Centre, Bromyard on Wednesday, July 5 from 1.30pm to 6pm and Much Dewchurch Village Hall on Tuesday, July 11 from 1.30pm to 6pm.
