Since 2001 Linton Festival, held at The Alma Inn, has gone from strength to strength with quality bands, memorable performances and more than £70,000 raised for local charities.
The 2011 festival was completely sold out six weeks before the event and despite the challenges of the English weather was rated a great success by many of loyal supporters.
Firmly established on the festival circuit, Linton Festival regularly attracts festival-goers from across the UK with its line-up of international bands. This year's event, which runs from July 7 to 9, is headlined this year by the Billy Walton Band (Friday), Bernie Marsden (Saturday) and Hayseed Dixie (Sunday) with their ACDC rock covers played in a bluegrass style.
