Strictly Murder, written by Brian Clemens, is heading for the Malvern stage for one week only from Tuesday, June 20.

Provence. April 1939. English couple, Peter and Suzy, are living in idyllic isolation; far, it seems from the rumblings of the oncoming war. Their peace is suddenly shattered by a stranger from Peter's past who unearths secrets from a buried and hidden life, which throws Suzy's world into turmoil. In a world where the Third Reich is emerging as a dangerous regime, deceit, lies and subterfuge make this thriller a dark and nail-biting rollercoaster.

Strictly Murder stars Brian Capron, probably best known for his role as Richard Hillman in Coronation Street, for which he won a clutch of awards, winning a record-breaking five at The Soap Awards including Best Actor and Best Villain. Some may remember him as Mr Hopwood in Grange Hill (four series) and more recently, Brian was a finalist on Celebrity Masterchef. Corrinne Wicks (Doctors, Emmerdale), Gary Turner (Emmerdale), Lara Lemon and Andrew Fettes complete the cast.

Strictly Murder will be at Malvern Theatres from Tuesday, June 20 to Saturday, June 24. To book, call the box office on 01684 892277 or visit malvern-theatres.co.uk
