Five arrested in South Herefordshire Hunt investigation have been re-bailed
FIVE people arrested on suspicion of animal cruelty at the South Herefordshire Hunt's kennels in Wormelow have been re-bailed until March.
A police spokesman said: "Police investigating reports of animal cruelty at a kennel in Herefordshire have passed the file to the West Midlands Crown Prosecution Service's Complex Casework Unit (CPS) for their consideration.
"We will issue a further statement when the CPS determine if there should be a criminal prosecution."
