DEVELOPERS have submitted an amended planning application to build new homes at Hildersley Farm on the outskirts of Ross.
The Hildersley Farm Partnership wants to build approximately 212 dwellings including affordable housing, public open space and associated works.
The partnership originally applied to build 250 homes at the site.
The application is only for outline planning matters at the site which is currently greenfield land and includes a former school playing field.
