WETHERSPOON in Ross-on-Wye was broken into in the early hours of yesterday morning.
At around 5.40am police attended after an alarm started at The Mail Rooms in Gloucester Road.
When officers arrived they discovered that entry had been forced through the back doors.
Further inspection of the property found damage had been done to fruit machines and investigations are ongoing.
The pub was closed until 5pm yesterday afternoon.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around the time of the incident. Call 101 with the reference number 037S of 1 December.
