A COUNTY law firm is holding a series of free clinics to answer queries on personal injury and clinical negligence issues.

Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors will be holding the sessions over the next two Wednesdays – Christmas shopping nights – at their office on Offa Street in Hereford.

Lucy Small, of Lanyon Bowdler, says the firm also offers free telephone screenings on any week day.

“Thankfully, personal injury and medical negligence is something few people experience," she said.

"However if it happens to you it can lead to considerable suffering and major upset.

“Our team is Law Society Accredited and an AvMA specialist panel member, and is recognised as a Tier 1 practice the West Midlands, by the leading legal directory The Legal 500.

“Our personal injury and clinical negligence experts work with nurses and doctors right here on your doorstep.

“We have successfully claimed compensation for serious injuries. These include brain and spinal injuries following road traffic accidents, accidents at work and falls from height.

“Our team of specialists have also dealt with surgical errors, birth injuries and delayed or missed diagnoses resulting in death or injury, replacing lost earnings and providing funds for care and treatment.

“There is always a way to fund a claim, so we are inviting people to come and talk to us entirely free of charge and commitment.”

No appointment is necessary and people can just turn up at the Lanyon Bowdler office at any time to suit between 9am and 7pm on December 7 or 14.

If people would prefer to book they can make an appointment by calling 01432 352345.

Lucy added: “It is also important to remember that as well as offering the face-to-face free screening clinics, we also currently provide free telephone screenings on any week day where a member of our team is available to give free advice on personal injury or clinical negligence queries over the phone without the need to come into the office.”
