OLYMPIC gold medal winner Andrew Triggs-Hodge presented awards at the Herefordshire Group Training Association apprentice awards evening recently.
The annual award ceremony took place recently at The Courtyard, Hereford.
Andrew won gold medals in the rowing coxless four events in Beijing and London Olympic Games before switching to win gold in the eight in Rio.
He told the apprentices receiving awards that rowing was his vocational study and not too be frightened to push as hard as you can to achieve your goals.
