A WOMAN who was caught with drugs in her possession has been given a conditional discharge.
Victoria McLeod, 33, of Wheatridge Road, Belmont pleaded guilty to possessing class A drug diamorphine and class B drug cannabis.
Rob Perry, prosecuting, said at 4.30pm on September 18 police searched the car she was in which was parked at Steels of Hereford. Officers found a small amount of drugs.
Emily Gourlay, defending said McLeod has a problem with drugs.
She said McLeod has depression and anxiety and finds it very difficult to deal with every day normal things.
McLeod was given a conditional discharge for 12 months. She was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.
