AN 18th century manor house which is currently used as council offices has been put up for sale.
The Moor House in Widemarsh Common, Hereford is for sale by Herefordshire Council for £400,000.
It was once a residential dwelling but is currently used by the council as offices.
Bruton Knowles, the agent which is selling the property, said it is suitable for conversion.
The property, which is 8,201sq ft has a rateable value of £27,000. Rates payable for 2016/2017 are 49.7 pence in the pound.
The house is bordered by Westfields Football Club to the south and east, and Widemarsh Children's Centre to the north and west. Offers are being accepted until November 2.
Council office staff from Moor House, St Owen Street and Bath Street will move to Nelson Centre in Whitecross Road.
