MEMBERS of Hereford St Ethelbert Probus Club recently celebrated the life of Michael Morris, one of their members who died last year. The party took place at Sink Green Farm, thanks to Sue and David.

Hilarious musical entertainment was provided by "Composte Heap", together with contributions of readings and singing from members Ron Morgan, Randy Langford, Sydney Trenchard-Morgan and Jeff Jones. A good time was had by all.

St Ethelbert Probus Club has a range of members, with ages from 60s to 90s, representing all aspects of professional and business careers (Probus). The club meets every Tuesday at the Cider Museum between 9.45am and 11.30am for coffee, followed by a varied and entertaining programme of speakers.

As there are a few places available for new members, so the club is holding an open morning on September 6, when Heather Gorringe from Wiggly Wigglers is speaking to the group. Her talk is entitled "A worm's eye view on business - a right blooming wiggly adventure of laughs and learnings."
