A GOLDEN Valley cider producer has won five awards at the Royal Three Counties Show in Malvern.
Pips Cider in Dorstone won first prize in the dry, medium, and sweet classes, champion Herefordshire Cider, and came second in the People’s Choice.
All their craft ciders also took first prize at the International Cider and Perry Competition at Hereford Cider Museum and the Pips sweet cider also won in its class in the Bath and West cider competition.
Cider maker Alistair Phillips said: "This success means that we have to seriously consider where we take the business in future.
"Cider making has been a hobby up to now, but we have to decide how to capitalise on our success."
