HEREFORD'S Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) has once again opened its doors to host plant sales.
Last Thursday marked the first of the year and attracted customers from all across the county.
Visitors were able to pick from tomatoes, sweet peppers, rosemary and lavender as RNC students took up the challenge of "work-based learning".
NVQ Business Administration student Laura Eggins, 19, was one of those taking part.
She said: “It’s been so busy and definitely an interesting experience – especially trying to identify the plants!
"But it’s also given us such a good experience to practice our customer service skills.”
Further sales are being held today (Thursday) and on May 26 between 9am and 4pm at the RNC Garden at 49 Venns Lane.
