Police were led on a car chase through Hereford last night
A 17-YEAR-OLD led police on a chase through the middle of Hereford last night, before crashing his car and being caught by officers.
The pursuit started at 9.20pm when police chased a Citreon Xantia on Edgar Street, Widemarsh Street and Holmer Road, after it had failed to stop.
The car crashed on Holmer Road and received minor damage. The driver left his vehicle but was found shortly after.
The teenager from Ledbury was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. He is currently on police bail until April 5.
