HERFORD born and raised author and poet Catherine Vaughan will host a free poetry reading event tonight at De Koffie Pot (behind The Left Bank).
Catherine will be reading poems by Walt Whitman, Maya Angelo and Pablo Neruda, as well as readings from her latest poetry book, The Quarter Life Crisis Poet, which is, she says, "all about love, defiance and hope" plus new unpublished works and an excerpt from her new novel.
The event, which is free, starts at 7pm upstairs at De Koffie Pot. For more information about Catherine Vaughan, visit catherinevaughan.com
