Gloucestershire police are appealing for witnesses and information, following an assault on a teenager in Newent.
The incident took place just after 9pm on Tuesday, November 3.
A spokesman said: "The 16 year old boy was walking home when three, possibly four, men jumped out of a black Ford Fiesta with a red roof and assaulted the teenager. He was kicked and punched and his glasses were knocked off his face. The men were wearing white masks.
"One of the men was white, another was non-white and there is no description of the third/fourth man."
The assault took place in the car park area of the Co-op store, Bury Bar Lane, Newent.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the assault or from anyone with further information.
They would also like to hear from anyone who saw a car of that description in the area at the time.
They should call 101 quoting incident number 459 of 3 November 2015.
