A NEW calendar which is raising money for a county hospice could set pulses racing.
Three young male models – comprising of Hereford Rugby player Leon Parsons, FIT model George Cook and Luctonians rugby player Adam Knight – have stripped down to their undies for the calendar which is raising money for St Michael's Hospice.
It is the brainchild of Luke Conod, owner of Hereford fashion store FIT, who said he wanted to say thank you to the hospice for the care his father received.
"I've wanted to do something for the hospice for ages. They did such a fantastic job of caring for my dad as well as other members of my family and I wanted to do something to say thank you," he said.
The calendar features the local lads at various Herefordshire businesses including the Great British Florist and Heggies butchers.
"We said to them [the models] 'would you give up your day to go down to your underwear?' and they all said yes," said Mr Conod.
"All these people are great local business people and it's great to work with them. "We've had lots of good responses."
The calendar will go on sale on November 9 for £10 and all funds will go straight to St Michael's Hospice.
They can be bought from all HSBC banks in the county, the Courtyard, as well as from all businesses involved with the calendar. Mr Conod hopes to raise around £10,000 in total.
The calendar can also be bought from:
