Candles will be lit during the ceremony.
A CANDLE lighting ceremony will form part of the celebrations taking place in Hereford on the United Nations' International Day of Peace.
Herefordshire Interfaith Group will be marking the occasion with a multi-faith celebration at Hereford Cathedral at 4.30pm on Sunday September 20.
The celebration will feature music, dance, drama, readings from different faiths and cultures and a candle lighting ceremony at the cathedral.
Refreshments will follow.
The day is celebrated internationally on September 21 each year to recognise the efforts of those who have worked hard to end conflict and promote peace.
