Burglar disturbs occupants and flees
A BURGLAR in Ledbury fled empty-handed after breaking into a house when the occupants were in.
The incident, reported this week by West Mercia Police, took place on Friday, August 21, between 10.30pm and 11.45pm.
Detective Constable Laurence James of Hereford CID said: "The offender accessed the rear garden and forced open the patio door to gain entry into the property.
"The offender was disturbed by the two victims, who were asleep in the bedroom.
"He then left the address empty handed."
