VOLUNTEERS are needed for St John Ambulance in Herefordshire.
The charity needs people to help provide first aid at events across the county from school fetes to big attendance events.
Volunteers deal with everything from minor cuts and bruises, to life or death emergencies.
New volunteers will be given first aid training, which will be run at either the St John Ambulance district headquarters in Hereford or Worcester.
No previous experience or qualifications are required but people will be required to commit 10 hours per month to attend events and put their skills to the test.
There are vacancies at Hereford, Kington, Ross-on-Wye and Leominster.
The charity also has a number of vacancies for volunteers to join its youth groups to train the region’s next generation of life savers.
