A COUNTY man has been spreading the word about St Michael's Hospice.
Mike Pullin, 78, from Dinedor has raised more than £250,000 for the hospice in Bartestree.
He wrote to the letters page of the Daily Mail detailing all of the fundraising he has carried out and was pleased to see it was put in as the main letter last Wednesday.
Mr Pullin explained how he started his fundraising in 1996 when he charged for people to come to his birthday party.
Since then, he has held a variety of events and created the fundraising group, The Hospice Angels in 2003.
