A CHARITY which supports young people when a close family member is diagnosed with a life threatening illness has been chosen for a supermarket fundraiser.
Hope Support Services becomes Sainsbury’s Ross on Wye’s new Local Charity of the Year.
It was chosen after the Ross-based charity received more than 100 votes.
They will receive a year’s worth of fundraising and awareness support from the store and a launch day is being held in the supermarket on Friday, July 31.
Customers will get a chance to meet representatives from the charity and learn more about the work they do.
