THE Summer of Archaeology continues this weekend at Brockhampton estate.
On Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm there will be sandpit excavations near the Manor House.
It is ideal for families and others wanting to test out their archaeological skills in a practice environment before the real excavations begin in July.
Over the summer the National Trust needs the public's help to excavate around Lower Brockhampton and help uncover the past.
There is still time to vote on where you think the trenches that will be excavated over the summer should be placed, voting is free and open to all visitors to Brockhampton estate.
