A WOMAN was taken to hospital after being involved in a collision while riding a mobility scooter.
Emergency services were called to Yazor Road at around 10.25am on Saturday morning following reports of a collision between a Vauxhall Vectra and mobility scooter.
An ambulance and paramedic support officer were at the scene along with two fire crews and police, who arrested the male driver of the car after he allegedly failed to provide a specimen.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said a female patient, who had been on a mobility scooter, was taken to Hereford Hospital after going beneath the vehicle.
