STEFAN Mohamed's book 'Bitter Sixteen' sold out at the second launch. This took place in The Tower House Gallery, Knighton on Easter Sunday. The event attracted so many people the little venue was full. People included Stefan's teachers from his primary school in Whitton, school friends and other friends and family. Stefan was kept busy for nearly two hours signing each book sold with a personal message from him. The book was first launched in Bristol where Stefan now works and has since got onto the best sellers list of Blackwell books.

During the Knighton launch Stefan read a passage from the book and thanked everyone for their support including his girl friend Catherine Dunstan, Jo Packham who made a book cake for the occasion, John and Julia Roberts for opening their shop on a Sunday, his publishers, his agent, his Mum Katie and Dad Rafi and all his teachers and friends who have supported him through his life. He described the Knighton launch as "This is utterly surreal and absolutely amazing".

David Bennett a school friend of Stefan's said the book was "Really Awesome", Tom Perceval a friend since primary school said "The book is really, really good and I really like it because it's based around Knighton. I like it also because it's a magical Welsh fantasy with an original welsh superhero. It is very gripping and fun and I got drawn into it quickly". Lucie Vowels a friend and neighbour said " I was stunned with the writing style. It is a really fun fast paced book and you can pick out the local landmarks including, Kinsley Wood and the clock tower". The book is on sale at the Tower House Gallery or at all the top bookshops and Amazon.
