STAFF from a Hereford health club and spa together with club members put their best foot forward for charity in a huge fundraiser.

The team from Holmer Park, a Mosaic Health Club and Spa, helped form a glittering string of pearls around the streets of Hereford when they took part in the 10K Venus Midnight Walk through the city's streets last weekend.

Natalie Lock, sales manager at Holmer Park, in Cleeve Orchard, said the team had raised about £250 from the walk.

They recently donated more than £400 to St Michael's Hospice from a popular summer fete in July.

Natalie said: "The walk always has such a wonderful atmosphere and this year was no exception.

"Just knowing we were raising lots of money for a cause close to so many hearts in Hereford is great.

"The weather happily held out for everyone and I still managed to make it to bed by 2.30am.

"We all really enjoyed taking part in the walk and it was really pleasing that club members decided to join several members of staff in the Holmer Park team."

Holmer Park Health Club and Spa offer luxurious private member packages, spa day retreats and a range of treatments and facilities for non-members.
